¹ Make haste, O God, to deliver me; O Lord, make haste to help me.
² Let those who seek my life be ashamed and confounded; let those who wish me evil be turned back and put to confusion.
³ Let those who say, “Aha! Aha!” turn their backs as a reward for their shame.
⁴ Let all who seek You rejoice and be glad in You; and let those who love Your salvation say continually: “God be magnified.”
⁵ But I am afflicted and needy; make haste to me, O God. You are my help and my deliverer; O Lord, do not delay.
